Half-Life Behind the Scenes (Pre-release)

"This is a rare CD compilation containing some early background scenes from the game. This CD is practically unheard of since very few copies of this compilation were apparently released by Valve. This was never available commercially and were distributed with some copies of the retail game. According to the original unloader, it came (doesn't contain anything much) with officially released early previews and a few unreleased previews, as well as 4 short interviews with some of the game developers."

I have this on CD back in the days of PC Games demo CD's =D

I used to e-mail Gabe as "e-mail pen pals" since '96 to '99 about updates, info, his own news, features, etc. etc.

(trippy, just read the description. It's true, if I broke the CD, this fucker would be hard to come by).

I always wondered what happened to the Panther Eye, Mr. Friendly, alien-frog weapon, etc. during development as he'd send me new shots and movies.

He'd always explain development meetings, and rewrites etc.
