http://americandogrescue.org Tiny Tim was born with a defect that prevented his hind legs from working correctly. He was scheduled to be put down when American Dog Rescue stepped in to pay for surgery to correct his condition. Janice, Dick and their dog Boo fostered Tiny Tim following his surgery to help with his second chance at life.
