Amazigh people, also know as "Berbers, are the indigenous people of North Africa and Libya and they maintain distinctive language, culture, history, customs, food and traditions. They are different from the Arab bedouin settlers who starting invading Libya and North Africa on the 10th century A.C, coming from the Arabic Peninsula during the Fatimid caliphat.

@blandtify Well I believe DNA science and antropology more than your analysis. Only western Libya and its music is similar to Tunisia. The Berber minorities are in the west, so thats why western Libya is similar to Tunisia. Eastern Libya is a lot different, even the music is not similar at all.

Libya is rich of untapped treasures, I am of Tunisian origins and I hope Inchallah to visit Libya and walk where my ancestors walked. Very refreshing to see Libya moving forward
