tony blair is a frekin legend!Yeah he might of done stuff wrong like you might think, ie war on iraq, but tony blair is smart, he didnt care about the war, he only cares about britain, and helping america cos they wanted war, will strengthen the relationship with britain and america. That was the only reason why tony blair was ass kissing america, he didnt care about what anyone else said,ie protesters,cos he knew in the long term it would do britain good

Nothing honest about his 'mistake' in Iraq. Iraq didn't land in his lap, he went out of his way to sell it to the UK with blatent lies. There is nothing honest about lying, nothing honest about invading an oil rich nation claiming it's for humanitarian reasons when it's for colonial ones.

Granted, he did get Labour into power & the party have done a lot of good but I will never vote Labour again until every war monger is also out of the cabinet & they stop with the terrorist threat propaganda.

Blair hijacked a socialist party, turned it right wing by stealing the oppositions policies for his own ends. Destroyed the basis for English law. Wrecked the union. That's before we start on being Bush's lap dog, the death toll or Iraq, lies over WMD's or torture. The list is a long one.

I hope he stands trial one day for all his accomplishments.

Thanks for this - some of my fellow Brits need to see it. It's unbelievable how some have forgotten Blair's enormous advances. The press is largely at fault for judging so harshly on a body count. Sorry to sound harsh - but to blame the west for the insurgent murders in Iraq is just wrong, and part of THEIR strategy. Blair, imho, was right about Iraq too. I'm proud of him.

Congratulations on your foresight in adopting this medium. I just noticed your subscription to the Labor YouTube page otherwise I'd still be ignorant of your efforts. Re Blair and Iraq; I do find it hard to believe that he was suckered into this conflict... dimmer minds than his saw through it. Hundreds of thousands of us marched against our countries involvement in it. He is a leader worthy of remembering for the good he did though.
