This here's the first kung fu battle from the surprisingly not-so-good wuxia pian, "Holy Weapon." While this film has some of the looniest fight scenes out there, 80% of the movie is wasted on painfully unfunny attempts at humor. Therefore, I thought I'd do the world a favor by posting only the tastiest of nuggets. Enjoy.

  • I think this is pure fukn bullshit! Where can I get the DVD, so I can show its lopsided awesomeness to my son?? Hahaha This I must have, & Dragon Tiger Gate's pretty good n shitty too...

  • @mandragoranz Since it was never released in North America, your best bet is to search for a Region 0 or Region 3 copy (assuming your DVD player is region free) on eBay. That's where I picked mine up.

  • See all those dead people on the ground at the beginning of this video? In chronology, the opening scene of the film should have been Insane Fight #1

  • @smokeizfire Nah - that was "Insane Fight 0.5"

  • where can i watch the full movie???

  • step 1: get high as fuck

    step 2: watch this

step 3: write award winning essay on the meaning of life

  • @nikthepilot Right, but such a contraption wouldn't require a bird theme to work properly. I've read some accounts that attribute the Aves fashion statement to a magical/scientific belief that the Black Death was spread by birds and that dressing like the vector would somehow draw the plague out of folks. There also seems to be some question as to what, exactly, was shoved up those big beaks of theirs...

  • @Sardonicus1313 It's not a Mystery... They wore Those Masks... They Were a Protection Against Different "Plagues"... They would but some weird thing in The NOSE Of Them masks and Then they Could Breath Trough it... without Gettin' Infected Cause of an Airborne Virus or SOmethin'..

  • @nikthepilot I think you're referring to the "plague doctors" that were operating in Europe during the time of the Black Death. Apparently, the reason they wore those masks is still a mystery, but most historians seem to think that they either served as a primitive gas mask of sorts, or were tied into alchemy in some way. Weird shit, eh?
