Three-Time ATA World Champion (2008 for Forms/Weapons/XMA Open Hand/XMA Weapons), 3rd Degree Wendy Carrasquillo demonstates Choong Jung Two. Ms. Carrasquillo is the Lead Instructor at Petitto's Black Belt Acedemy in Newport News, VA. Her daughter, Asia, is also a 3rd Degree and her husband, Carlos, a 2nd Degree and 2008's World Champion in Forms.

On those last two front kicks, you should try to keep your guard up a little higher. That will make this form look a little better.
Not that it doesn't allready look good, mind you. I'm just a bit of a nitpicker (Sorry!)

@thomas9060 Thanks, found it. Its kwang gae... only our school changed some of the moves so it doesn't help much... im not sure what our school changed and didn't so I can only practice up to what i know...

I can't find my form. I don't know the name of it but i am trying to practice during our break. My rank is first degree black belt decided. The form starts off with a knife hand face down covering a closed fist at the belt then its raised and opened. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
