Klein does not say the Constitution is not binding. Klein says the simple act of a Congressional reading of the bare text of the Constitution has no binding power on anything. Congress could well still pass laws later found by the Supreme Court to be unconstitutional, just as in the past. That's why we have the Supreme Court. A fair "reading" of the Constitution would include not just the original text, but the text of every applicable Supreme Court ruling. Won't happen.

He is correct-it binds nobody.(Read just the first page of Lysander Spooner)
But here is the double edge sword....neither is their 'Law'.
Both are opinions of men-this system is based on violence not consent. What you have here is a criminal organization masquerading as the "US Govt" pulling a transfer of wealth scheme-and you all by it hand over fist.
