FSX Tire Blowout

Sorry for the horific sound quality. Okay so this is what happened, i was on vatsim about to land on 26L at gatwick, London control hands me off to Gatwick tower, So the tower controler clears me to land and theres a 737 holding short of the runway waiting for me to land. ( No traffic is displayed in this video because i sign off vatsim and used the reply) Landing was fairly smooth and and Autobrakes do the job for me ( Selection 1 ). I get about half way down the runway and the left main gears tires blow. I contacted the tower and told him i had a blowout on landing and i wouldnt be able to vacate, Seeing as i was causing a delay in the network trying to clear the runway i signed off lol. Nothing usually happens when i use FSpassengers until now... End flight report tells me the tires were underflated :S sorry for babbling on i found this experience funny as it was on vatsim and thort i would share it with you guys enjoy

@alex054739 Im not sure man. I never fly on FSX multiplayer but it works good on VATSIM ?

@sorted0blud yeah i was going to try vatsim but i may aswell fly on a empty server.. there is no way it can replicate high traffic situations, due to server limits..

Gamespy is well no traffic really at all.. but still both of them also have 1 common problem.. lack of ATC, if i fly between major USA cities i expect ATC at each one.

not 6 ATC logged in all over world... but hey each to there own.. Nice video!!

@dabois85 Yeah ATC does become sparse at times but it depends where and what time you fly. At around 19:00Z in the UK almost every major Hub is online but like i said, you have to be on at the right time, in the right place. Thanks!

@attractive64 I dont think you can mate! You just need to make sure and land at more than -400 fpm! Even if that means youv to nearly tailstrike! ha! It is far too sensitive in fairness. One way to avoid this, and i think this is a problem loads have with this, is that the think that slower=softer landing! Not true at all! Dont be afraid to land at speed! Its all about the rate of descent!! If you loose too much speed you dont glide.. then boom! Btw not a pilot, just love the game! :D Good luck.
