well i feel grinding on my knee. but the doctors told me i didnt tear anything. so i have a brace on and inside the brace is a rubber thing to push down on my knee so the grinding will stop. should i excerise while i have my brace on? because i have no muscle on my thigh legs. and i have to regain that muscle. please reply!

i have a tear which the doctors identified as a mild one, but it still gives me discomforts and i was wondering if compression would help ie: tightly wrap my knee in a bandage.
would dabbing my knee with a washcloth soaked in hot water work too ???

Your dad is right because as you get older, it can turn to arthritis...

Nice info; thanks! BTW at 3:15 that should be "won't heal on its own". You had "it's own" which is short for it is or it has so that doesn't work there. Hope that helps.
