@Sammyt3hSnake It's because when you run on MAME, it will just say "this game dosen't work."

The novice stage was a remake to the first 5 levels of Raiden II. The expert stage was somewhat a "heavily edited" version of Raiden II, which apparently served as the main plot for DX.

@swl9380: Raiden DX is made of three modes. There's the Training mode (whch is one big level), the novicee course (The first 5 levels of Raiden 2 with new scoring mechanics) and the Expert course, which has completely new stages but reuse the bosses of Raiden 2.

the video is not great. Sound is not 1:1 ... it suffers from slowdown

Since this game is not supported by MAME yet (I don't think it will be for a looonng time.)
, the best way to get it is by searching ebay and buying the game and using a playstation emulator ( I use PSXeven )
I bought a japanese version of the game which was like 40 bux( lots of money but this game is a classic and was willing to spend the money)

Yes, but on Emulator. Not Console. Used CamStudio, because Playstation have non recording emulator.
