I take all of my Seroquel at night, before sleep with 100mg. Trazodone. This way it does not sedate me during the day. At the same time the morning Wellbutrin works much better when taken in the morning with the interaction with a morning does of Seroquel. This is not from a textbook, this is my self casestudy, after 10 years of "mixin' with the medicine"

Seroquel really helped change my life. It's given me back a lot of my life. IT took a long time to adjust to it though. Alcohol will destroy the efficacy of the drug.
