I just bought one today. It doesn't fit the cigarette lighter hole properly. It keeps sliding around and it's freaking annoying. I had to stuff a rubber band and a piece of paper in there to keep it still.

@taufoofar - look at your actual adapter to see if that spins, thats usually the case, if not then try electrical tape around it and then slide it in.

I just received this unit, it works on the FM side but when I plug the charger portion in it locks my, wifes and son's phone. Now I don't know if this is coincidence or not but my alternater on my truck just packed it in. I've called their 1-800 several times and it's always got a busy signal and when I call long distance direct I get voice mail that is not capable of taking messages?????? WTF It didn't take long to accept my money and ship it but where is "customer service"??????????

knock off or not it came with remote and it fit the cigarette lighter like a charm and no beeps and remote works awesome because not all of us has long ass arms to scroll through music .....

These type of phone holders are absolute rubbish. Get a proper cradle.
