IMDB list this commercial as being 1996. I stand corrected on my earlier comment of 1980's. I've since confirmed this came from a tape recorded in November 2000.

@Godgotron. Actually, this would be from the 1980's. It was lifted from an old VHS tape from that era. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to establish an accurate date.
