Athletic swing with a solid outside shot.
Strengths: Gaines is a top-flight scorer who can create his own shot with ease, especially when he gets out on the break -- a fact which shouldn't be surprising, In recent years, Kenny Gaines has also honed his 3-point stroke, making him one of the more dangerous offensive players in the 2012 Class. Gaines is above-average at steals, blocks, and defensive rebounds.
An athletic guard that has learned to score in many ways. Kenny is very long and has good size for the guard position. He holds a frame that will allow him to put on muscle which is always a good thing. He shoots it well and has a quick first step allowing him to beat opponents off the dribble. In addition, he also rebounds well for his position.
