The one thing i have come to dislike about these are the headers that tie in with the hydro stat. i was operating one for the guy i work with and it took me FOREVER to finally figure it out.

@bronkstomper1 no you give foreign countrys ur grain, if u actually farm you would know that and know that deere still makes there combines right in Illinois

john deere combines are made in Illinois all of it is american made we got a tour when we got our 9570

My family still farms 2000 acres with a 6600, why give forein companies $300,000 for a machine that is nothing but an electrical nightmare?

Mainly just a newer model, and a little extra horsepower, they up the horsepower on each newer model

This particular model costs about $300,000... varying $20,000 more or less depending on the options you buy with it.
That 35' header is $40,000 with composite fingers which I use myself because they are basically hard plastic and if one breaks and runs through the machine it won't do any damage. With steel fingers the cost is a little more but if one was to break or come out and run through the machine it's going result in costly repairs.
