I think they are inducing current electromagnetically in the antenna by holding the arduino's PWM outputs up to it. If that was the case they wouldn't need to connect anything to the board.
false.... thing is nothing was connected to the board and in hence doing so it means someone on the side was controlling it so this already is a FAKE... although it can be done! hak5 FTW!
Nothing happens. I'll opt for the rc car with remote, I think it's more fun than some noise.
