DUH... I miss the good old days of Pat playing an SG. He didn't play this Custom Shop model much, he pretty much played his old red repainted to silver Special.

I think Pat's sound is pretty classic rock -ish but with a modern twist so I guess you could try to start with the bass and treble around 2 o'clock and the mids like 12 or 1 o'clock. Don't overdo it gainwise. I think Pat has a high output pickup at the bridge for the heavy stuff and something low to medium output at the neck for the quieter breakdown parts.
