@Bubu1969 sigh another close minded user, I would suggest to comment in a more appropriate manner. Anyhow you can perfectly use a camera and a camera does NOT transmit any signals, I would agree that mobiles phones is one you should switch off even though some experts are now suggesting otherwise.

@marcus2s If you don't like it then you don't like pretty simple. "They" ask you not to use electronic devises during take off that transmit signals such as "Mobile Phones" it is perfectly safe to use a digital camera ;) although some experts now say it is safe to use devices such as mobile phones anyway now, but I believe just for the record those devices should either be switched off or on airplane mode.
