Thank goodness, here in the states we can sue the govt. :)

Like we always say, what happened in Germany in the 1930s can never happen in America because any citizen can file a lawsuit to have a law deemed unconstitutional. The way Hitler stripped rights away from Jews could never happen in America because any citizen could sue to have those laws immediately deemed unconstitutional and abolished. :)
