I got crashed out in a 3 man break away with 3 miles to go. Hit the ditch doing 45mph and dislocated my hip...better beleive i threw my helmet out of frustration, i kicked it too. Then threw it again.

why throw your helmet when he had no chance at winning, fall at the line because your broke you pedal trying to win a sprint, throw your helmet, causing a back of the pack wreck, don't think you were gonna catch that massive break.
