On june 8th in Tehran, 4 days before the election, a human chain was made to show support for Mousavi, a reformist running for presidency.

I am shaking as I am watching the news this morning as this reporting on the Iranian struggle touches my heart and pains my soul... As an American I support the Iranians and their fight for freedom. This will be a new beginning and they will soon have their freedom... Ahmadinejad is a threat to all nations.

Gosh, these people seem so full of hope! They really thought that through the elections they may actually be able to change things in Iraq. Too bad their leaders won't let them. Democracy in Iran is fake.
