Tough Break: Roger Mondragon (Motagua) snaps his leg vs Necaxa
Best wishes go out to Motagua midfielder Roger Mondragon who suffered a chilling injury against Necaxa on Sunday night.
Playing in the Honduran league, the terrible leg break occurred when Mondragon burst run down the right hand side with Necaxa's Alberto Navas for company. Navas jumped in to make a fantastic one-footed tackle to halt Mondragon's charge, but he not only won the ball but also managed to take out the man too.

Crashing to the floor, it didn't take long to realise that Mondragon's left leg was stomach-turningly flopping around all over the place.

Mondragon was rushed to hospital where he underwent immediate surgery. The prognosis is for a four month recuperation period.

Con que fuersa fue a quitarle la pelota incluso bastante arriesgado fue barrerse por atras del jugador espero que no le vuelva a tratar de quitarle la pelota a alguien barriendose desde atras puede terminar en una fractura muy grave como la de este video.
