It is interesting to see Dr. Mario so serious. It is understanding that he looks serious if someone stirs up the trouble in the land. It has been a long time since I have played Dr. Mario 64. I forgot the story behind this game.

funny how you spend all of your energy in the earlier fights trying to ko the enemy with combos, rather than trying to win :D It's very useful, but the excess falls so dreadfully slow..

@Creocsial MINES TO shes getting tired of pacman :)

@sportygrrrrrrl11998 I like the ones in the game better, they look more like a Mario enemy than the ones on the box.

i like the fact that mario just throws pills and is happy when the player puts them right as if saying "Holly crap that actually worked"
I just discovered something interesting about the CPU in Dr. Mario 64. (This also applies to Dr. Mario Online Rx.)
If you send an attack to the computer on the easier difficulty levels (as demonstrated in this video), it will not move or rotate its next pill, almost as if to say, "Oh, crap. I wasn't prepared for this attack at all. Ummmmm. . ." This makes attacking even more essential in a speedrun than you might expect. :)
