Hello,
This will be my first attempt at making oxtails. Which method do you think is better, marinating the meat with dry ingredients and vegetables (as I've seen on some videos) or the braising method (which you use)? Which infuses the most flavor and creates "fall of the bone meat"? Thank you.

Hi Chris. I am glad to see this video! I have a pressure cooker and wanted to know how long should I cook the oxtails in the pressure cooker?

@crileyhome I've never used a pressure cooker for this, but I would do about 30-40 minutes. Test to see if it's tender and add more time if needed. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
