@MoonChild062884 Its not just themselves they are hurting. To say that drug use is a non-violent crime isn't completely accurate. Drug use is what cause drug trafficking and drug violence. Go down to the southern border and into Mexico and say drug-use is a non-violent crime. Not to mention the amount of crimes committed by people in drugs .. either to support their habit or because they are so intoxicated. But ... I do thing it should be legal and taxed and controlled.

@Chad3150 I disagree completely. His whole drug policy about arresting users and charging them with criminal activity is the reason why our prisons are so over filled. It's a non-violent crime and its ridiculous that we have to pay with out of pocket with our taxes for these people to be in jail when they haven't hurt anyone but themselves.

We could of done better with a Constitutionalist candidate. Dukakis was a horrible governor in Massachusetts and would of been a poor president. He was a liberal.

republicans are EVIL
bush was a good man. he got backed into a corner in 1990. he had a democratic congress. there really was nothing he could do but compromise. it cost him the election. we were coming out of the recession in 1992. i think the 90s would have been just as prosperous had bush won. dukakis actually got a higher percentage of the vote than clinton, 47% to 43%.perot did hurt bush. it might have been a squeeker but he could have won.
