I am so furious with Directv, i had to make a video to warn others about it. I waited about 3 days to cool down and make a calm video about it. If I had made the video 3 days earlier after getting off the phone with those bastards, things would've been broken.

If you can get passed the minutemen, I would love to have a rational discussion with you. Also u may want to read my other posts. The agreement was fulfilled hombre. 2 yrs were up. I wanted to cancel and they talked me into staying and suspending without charge and I was being charged. I do read before I "Sing" stuff, Jose. Love your English Essay.

  • So they have 19.1 million customers because they suck?? If you add a receiver that's high def... add 24 months to your agreement. You CAN suspend your service but that does nothing with your agreement... Sign the agreement for 24 months and try to disconnect... You will pay early termination fee's don't return the equipment within 21 days of disconnecting service you will be charge for that too... Best advice.. read the agreement before signing it yo...

  • @Madds5150 No receivers or adjustments were made during the 24 month agreement. I waited til the agreement was fulfilled and then wanted to cancel. They talked me into suspending the service (In case I didn't like the cable I could restart without any hassle) and I accepted. They also told me there would be no charge. I was still being billed and when I called back, that's when the shit hit the fan. They told me about a termination fee, but I let them know agreement was fulfilled.

  • @Pawkit believe me, once you've dealt with as many Dtv customers as I have you'd understand that unleashing anger somewhere where it simply does not matter, is really just a relief of anger or call frustration if you want but it's really important to do a little stress relief from all the cry babies I have to hear every day

  • @ambawa and btw trying to say I sound very tough behind a keyboard and a monitor, is crap, I KNOW what I'm talking about, (way to much honestly) so yeah you say 2 years were up but if you see your video you'll see that you said you suspended your account which extends your contract and even if your not told so IT'S VALID, it's in the contract

  • DirectTV gives lower service to zip codes that are in poor areas. IF you live in a wealthy neighborhood, you get better service, IF you live in a middle class or poor area, you get poorer service. You wouldnt know the difference unless you happen to come across a new DTV employee that tells you the truth. I used to live in a poor part of town, and now I live in a much better area. DRTV service depends on where you live. They over charge poor people.
