Yes, making a gingerbread house is incredibly challenging and as you can see it is a lot of work! You and your daughter should continue to try and make them! Definitely come to Portland when you have time and see the incredible display!

Simply adorable! Years ago I tried to make a gingerbread house with my daughter, but it was a disaster! We called it the "Kobe" house because it looked like it had went through an Earthquake. Still tasted good though. Hopefully I can make it up to Portland and see the display in person....
