@domi2020 i have to agree. the only other singer to rival her in this i think is norman. id say te kanawa is better but they both bring totally different voices to the plate.

Thank you sooooo much for posting this performance--I also regard this as one of Kiri's most sublime recordings. Beautiful images: the lighting reminds me of the beauty of her voice!

Heavenly ...soulful and blissful. One of her most outstanding recordings IMHO. In terms of freshness, beauty of voice and technique it is hard to beat- golden creamy tone from top to bottom. Even if comparing to Schwarzkoft, M.Price and Barbara Bonney she comes up on top.
