yes it does, but if you don't really care about tech specs, you'll notice the zune hd display is a bit better than the ipod touch

1. "More apps" some people dont give a rat's ass about apps. Us music lovers prefer the zune because it has a much better quality rather than the ipod touch.
2."Better screen resolution" B.S. the zune has an OLED screen while the itouch has a lcd screen..The colors are much more vibrant on the zune hd.
3."Better processor" Yeah..which is why the itouch freezes all the time ? Okay.
4."Camera front and back" Who the hell needs a damn camera on an mp3?
