This falls under the fair use clause. Here is another example of how you can turn a 2d film into a true 3d movie. This was made using Key frames and masking effects in Sony Vegas as well as using the free program Stereomovie maker. In short this is like crude rotoscoping with a few layers of video.

I would not even have the time or patience for such a daunting task. It takes long enough as is for these 20 second clips. I could not even begin to fathom the number of months it would take to convert the entire picture
