  • God, this song brings back great memories when I lived in Oz. My dad would always listen to Wallis and Matilda in the car. That and Eric Bogle :D

Any more Wallis and Matilda songs/videos?

Any idea where I can buy some CDs of theirs in the UK?

  • Two 3 Box Sets are available on The Planet Company label. All are also downloadable from iTunes.

Our latest video offering is "The Last Parade".

    Cheers.

  • Thanks, Wallis and Matilda. You are broadening my education by a long country mile. Never heard of you last week, though I've long been a fan of Banjo Paterson. Now I can't get enough of you! "Go raibh maith agaibha chairde" which is Irish for "good on yer, mates!"

  • u are the best

  • I love the poem and this song for it .. However, 'his dexter eyelid' is the right eye NOT the left or sinister side indicated by the barber in this clip.
