I love the poem and this song for it .. However, 'his dexter eyelid' is the right eye NOT the left or sinister side indicated by the barber in this clip.

God, this song brings back great memories when I lived in Oz. My dad would always listen to Wallis and Matilda in the car. That and Eric Bogle :D
