Ask Victor Ltd Handy man overtakes too closely - AV09YMG

Why overtake a child trailer so closely? Please give cyclists, and especially child trailers, more room. My 3 year old son was in that trailer 15 minutes earlier. How would you feel if I drove like that past your toddler?

@MrMarafi LOL! I reckon most are great, just like most drivers, but it's only the bad few we notice so easily. Just look at the good WVM on my recent silly cyclist on Hyde Park Corner video.

Of course the bus drivers are the best!!

I had a Woman overtake me the other day (I was on my bike) in a Black Volkswagon Beetle Convertable on a bend in to on-coming traffic... she only had to wait another two seconds to pass safley! She must've missed me by about six inches! Why do they do it, they have no idea what danger this causes!

@CyclingMikey Definitely agree with you, but I still think you are a brave man! Where do you currently stand on reporting incidents? My local police force are an incompetent joke (Gwent police) If you have free minute: google 'dan black chepstow' and had a look at the CTC stop smidsy report
