Why is the title wrong?

It is Misleading on purpose !

Arslane never says "Assasinate".

He uses "make him pay the price", which in politics can be done in 1001 different ways.

Examples:

- President Harawi made Geagea pay the price of refusing to be part of the coalition.

- Aoun paid the price of refusing the Taef by being forbidden to come back to Lebanon for 15 years.

- Chamoun paid the price of his standing agains the Syrian-Egypt merger by taking off his name from all official records
