  • Great video.

    Strategic pricing decisions today require companies to get very customer-centric; re-aligning their interactions around continuous (rather than episodic) interactions with customers to surface the value they bring.

    I really like how Reed Holden touches on both some quantitative elements of pricing, as well as the cultural conditions that affect executed pricing strategies.
