Sponsor: http://Politaction.com - Video-illustrated version of my civil disobedience story. I was jailed earlier this year for handing respectful leaflets to IRS workers, then refusing to pay the Federal "distribution of handbills" fine...a penalty which violates Amendments One and Ten. But I was not alone even then!

Now, Ron Paul has advocated civil disobedience...and he has millions of dedicated supporters. I wonder if some of them will step forward with civil disobedience of their own?

  • Ridley, you are "mental"....................

  • weird

  • sue them for violating your rights

  • 1st class entertainment. Im really caught up in the story.

  • is it legal for them to ship you out to MA ???

    I dont understand this?

  • no one expect you to go to jail or risk it....simply joining the discussion is helpful...maybe get on the web forum at NHfree*com or NHLiberty*org if nothing else. From there you can find out ways to safely help.

  • "I am the sole income for a family of four, so I kind-of need to avoid jail at the moment" --

Good thinking. I wasn't suggesting jail (and I don't think civil disobedience is the only way to be active. I'm not convinced it's even the best way). There are lots of different people being active in lots of different ways from political action to civil disobedience to just living freer. FreeStateProject(dot)org is where it all starts.

  • I realize just being inspired is rather lame. I intend to be active, but I am the sole income for a family of four, so I kind-of need to avoid jail at the moment.

  • "I am inspired!" --

Why not turn that into some action! FreeStateProject dot org
