I am using 12 lemons, 1 1/2 liters of water, and 1 bottle of Everclear. Now the recipe I am using calls for 3lbs of sugar (6 1/2 cups). This guy is saying to use a lot less. Does anyone know what is correct. I have seen many recipes that call for a lot of sugar. The recipe i am using is from Ron Carducci who got it from an Italian Chef.
