That squat is impossible to do without a machine

Listen, i am no complainer, but what you are saying and doing is downright wrong and dangerous. Doing squats in a smith machine with a straight spine in this position, can cause you serious injuries. It is a well know fact by now!. But maybe you have a reason for it?

Why are you using a smith machine? I have read lots about Smith machines and generally it is better to use free weights and a squat rack to allow your body to work more stability muscles and to move in a more natural motion.

@Kkuk84 this one is still superior because you use some core muscles as well that you don't use in a leg press...still like the legpress though

@Metal0Boy look at his body fat percentage...he is muscle only (and probably not to tall either)...therefore 70kg is a good weight.

@luimarco why do you have your feet so close to eachother? I usually stand wider, but I'm sure you have your reasons (and obviously it works).

You only weight 70kg? Why not like 80kg, you would look really good. Or you just wana stay 70kg?
maybe its just me, and i know you are obviously a professional and have been doing this longer than me, but aren't your feet and knees supposed to be shoulder width apart?
