As a MUA: you're absolutely right with the liner. There's no need to go in all the way. If you look at Angelina Jolie's eyes, she doesn't go in all the Way either. It would emphasize her very round eyes. But not pulling the liner all the way through, gives them the cat eye effect.

@Razberry52 it covers lovely honestly, obv you can still see lumps if you have a blemish but the redness is totally concealed without the heavyness of a liquid xxx
