Some more AR Toolkit stuff

Not the *best* artoolkit video out there, but still interesting: the guy has made it so the system detects his finger intersecting with the "marker", and deforms the projected image accordingly.
Originally on nicovideo, of course.

I downloaded ARToolkit two months ago, but never got around to installing it. Too many other things distracting me :)

hi how do i get one of these cute things and is it a holagram or is it a small computer alote of people say its a computer like a persacom and others say its holigram

Its a real-time virtual image. If you look on the computer screen display behind the persons finger, you can see his finger also on the computer screen...but not the image of Hatsune Miku.

Anyone walking in the room would also see nothing but his finger, unless they were wearing virtual reality goggles.

Do a search on ARToolkit and harry potter on youtube...it should take you to another video that very clearly shows you what is going on.
