This is an illegal board position. 0:15 there can be seen a white stone with no liberties (5th line from the top and 9th line from right). Groups with no liberties are not allowed.

Nothing aggressive about that board layout. (I could see getting "extreme amateur" out of that board, but not "extreme aggressor".) How would he know whether the killer had been playing black or white, anyway?
