Very articulate and they did it their way and the white community bashed them for it. How can you tell someone what to do when all they do is win. People bashed Venus and Serena in the beginning of their careers that they weren't focusing too much on tennis. Look where doing it their way has got them. Part owners of the Dolphins and multi-millionires celebrities. Contrast that to those who focused on tennis solely and no one knows who they are.

Don't we all grow up, learn more, and our characters change??? I'm sure none of you who posted negative comments still look and act the way you did 13 years ago either. If you were even born 11 years ago. It's hard to believe that such childish comments would come from adults.

My lord, such sophistication and composed exuberance! I apologetically admit that I always thought of the Williams sisters as athletic but unintelligent cavewomen that occasionally go on roid rage rampages, but I couldn't have been any more wrong!
