@Supatsu Yep, your right. This is Alisa Glidewell, who portrays Chell in the Portal series. She has a slight accent due to(as stated in an interview by her) she is of Brazillian and Japanese descent, but she may have also picked it up during her travels as she has said she moved around a lot her whole life. :)

Look people, Alisa Glidwell is basically the star of the Portal series, I think she has the right to sing the song if it damn pleases her, so trolls, shut up. Also, she has a beautiful voice most likely more so than yours

I don't think it's Ellen...This singer even sounds like she has a slight accent, plus she vibratos slightly, something which if you listen to Ellen's commentary in the game, would probably be against her instructions to sound like a robot. Ellen is an opera singer and this singer sounds much younger and less mature vocally.
However, I could always be wrong. Just my two cents.
