pathetic video. Older people have innovation too, older people may have been stuck in a dead end job for twenty years and want a new direction. It's people like her that don't give these people the chance they really want.

I'm glad I will be going in a new direction by doing things my own way, having being in retail for twenty years i am now , in my forties, only just knowing what i wish to do. retail was easy for me, I want a more creative rewarding career. But this woman thinks its only kids!
