Learning the Didgeridoo

Liz got this for her B'day, and I have basically monopolized it since.. It's a melted piece of PVC pipe, inticately painted, with a wax mouthpiece-- Makes a pretty interesting sound... It's like playing a tuba, but the frequency/vibration is a lot lower.. It doesn't take much air to keep it going, and I am learning to breathe in while I use my cheeks to push out, so with a little practice, I can hold a steady note for several minutes..

This one is just PVC pipe that someone heated with a propane torch and painted- the mouthpeice is a strip of beeswax. Playing it one breath at a time is easy, playing it steady with circle breathing is what's difficult
