what's the difference between jab and right cross?
-
what a rubbish gay music?!
-
you lean in with your face before you throw, then you drop your left and don't move after the punch. your username is "dennythetrainer" and the title talks about "learning...perfect jab". if you were just a guy hitting a bag i wouldn't comment but since you're a trainer advertising a perfect jab i was wondering if you've even had one novice amateur fight?

yea why are you dropping your left hand when you throw the cross
-
Thanks for your video I learn alot. Since I know nothing abput boxing.
-
@MaikSSS how far away are you going to stand if thats a person your fighting? I think hes standing in the right spot
-
Looking at your vids its clear to say that you know how to box, whats the best way to increase punching power?

ur right leg is pointed to the right, not the front. my coach tells me to always point it forward just like the left one is pointed forward to prepare for the cross ? why do u do it differently?

Nice Video.
But dont drop the left hand while you bring the Cross. you should keep the left hand up to protect your face.

@Badabummbadabing we are only as old as we feel and I still spar with my amateur and pro boxers.

Sir, your videos are awesome. Seven years ago, I was a student at a Taekwondo school. They didn't teach how to defend your face or jab. All of our punches and blocks were thrown from the hips, so I've had to improvise a bit during spars with an MMA student ever since I left the school. He nearly consistently beat me before I learned to stay relaxed and keep my hands up. Thanks a lot, man.

@Azereiah the key word there mate is to stay relaxed. The more tense you are, the more energy you spend and the slower you become due to your tight muscles. Be relaxed and try not to let fear lock you up. Keep the hands up and chin down.
