The song is called "Mera Laung Gawacha" -- which means I lost my Nose Ring. The girl in the song is telling her friends that she lost her nose ring on the way the way back after seeing her beau. She says she was day-dreaming under a Mango tree in the village, when she woke up with a start on hearing the cuckoo bird. It was then that her nose ring flew off. She is missing her nose ring and thinks she does not look beautiful without it. She is asking her friends to help her find it.
