@Sky14657 That is true. But I must say, they make the video according to the lyrics, then they see what they can do to make it more commercial. Look at Within Temptation, a lot of their videos were based upon the lyrics and still made it to be a hit (The song 'Memories' is one of them).

@veritasunleashed uhm, to be honest... I never consider a commercial video being THE interpretation of a song. The video depends on the money, the possibilities, not always depends really on the lyrics. Looking sexy is an important sales criteria. After all only few videos describe the song itself, mostly it describes how they want to sell the song...
