FOR EVERYONE THAT IS GETTING ERROR 20, MAKE SURE IT IS IN DFU MODE.
1: Hold on/off button on the top of the iPhone/iPod for 3 seconds.
2: Keep holding on/off button but now hold home button too. Do this for 10 seconds.
3: After 10 seconds, let go of on/off button.
4: ???
5: Profit!!??
It should say something about recovery mode in iTunes and on your iPhone/iPod, you wont be able to turn it on and it will appear as a black screen.
