Floor Speech on Dent Amendment to TRAIN Act (H.R. 2401)

On Friday, September 23, 2011, Congressman Dent introduced an amendment to the TRAIN Act (H.R. 2401) that would protect important cement manufacturing jobs in the Lehigh Valley and across the country. The amendment passed the House with strong bipartisan support by a vote of 260 to 150. H.R. 2401 later passed the House and currently awaits consideration in the U.S. Senate.
