Etsy How-To: Fuse Plastic Bags!

It's really nice to know that there's ways to fuse regular plastic grocery bags. I would like to know if there's anybody out there that knows how much fumes are produced fusing them like that...I know you have to do it in a ventilated area but is that enough... Could it still cause you harm.. The more you fuse together at one time... does that cause more fume as oppose to fusing them together by twos and adding on depending on the thickness that you want to acquire. Plastic fumes r real bad.....

use this method of fusing bags but make 2 the size of hers sew them together except 4 the top edge put velcro

I tried this and my plastic shriveled up to about half the size and seemed a bit brittle. Need some pointers please.

i like the idea of knitting with plastic bags....

that is great cuz we have so many in our homes and they do nothing more then fill our land fills so this rocks. We need to save our planet thank you

You can make so real cool stuff if you dont die from the fumes first. lol
